This role is designed for professionals who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional vendor performance, streamline operations, and drive growth.



Key Responsibilities

As a Quick Commerce Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that vendors and partners deliver top-quality services while keeping operational efficiency at the core. Your work will cover four main areas:

1. Vendor Performance

  • Define clear performance targets and KPIs for vendors.

  • Monitor vendor compliance, reliability, and availability using performance dashboards.

  • Improve vendor satisfaction by applying data-driven insights and feedback.

  • Conduct performance reviews with stakeholders and turn insights into action.

2. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects involving product, logistics, and operations teams.

  • Roll out new operational processes, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.

  • Provide training and workshops to prepare stakeholders for change.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

3. Governance & Resilience

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

  • Oversee risk management and business continuity planning.

  • Manage budgets for vendor operations, staffing, and cost optimization.

4. People Management

  • Mentor and guide team leaders, building a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Set performance objectives and ensure accountability across teams.

  • Actively participate in recruitment to bring in top talent.

  • Encourage a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring both experience and problem-solving abilities to the table. HungerStation is looking for professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or program management.

  • Previous experience (2–3 years) in warehouse or fulfillment center management is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Big Query, Tableau, or Google Studio is an added advantage.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Hands-on approach with logical and strategic thinking.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.
