Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of national IT skills development projects
-
Assist in preparing project proposals, PC-1/RFP inputs, progress reports, and documentation
-
Maintain project trackers, Gantt charts, and dashboards for effective monitoring
-
Conduct research on Pakistan’s IT workforce trends and identify emerging skills gaps
-
Contribute to workforce mapping and training alignment with industry needs
-
Prepare and present reports on workforce readiness and emerging technology demands
-
Liaise with universities, training institutes, accreditation bodies, and provincial stakeholders
-
Support placement strategies for IT graduates with job portals and recruitment agencies
-
Coordinate with provincial governments, NAVTTC, HEC, and industry associations
-
Organize and support national job fairs, career expos, and hackathons
-
Draft high-quality briefs, talking points, and presentations for senior leadership
