 Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

  • Business Administration

  • Marketing

  • Mass Communication

  • International Relations

  • Project Management

  • Social Sciences / Humanities

  • Public Policy

  • Management Sciences

  • Or other equivalent relevant fields from an HEC-recognized institution

 Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in:

  • Managing projects or skills development initiatives

  • Project monitoring and documentation

  • Stakeholder coordination and reporting

• Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Public sector experience in autonomous or semi-government organizations

  • Exposure to donor-funded projects and workforce mobility programs

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Ability to monitor and report on projects using dashboards and Excel

• Analytical and research skills for tracking workforce and job market trends

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Experience in stakeholder coordination with government, academia, and industry

• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments

 Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of national IT skills development projects

• Assist in preparing project proposals, PC-1/RFP inputs, progress reports, and documentation

• Maintain project trackers, Gantt charts, and dashboards for effective monitoring

• Conduct research on Pakistan’s IT workforce trends and identify emerging skills gaps

• Contribute to workforce mapping and training alignment with industry needs

• Prepare and present reports on workforce readiness and emerging technology demands

• Liaise with universities, training institutes, accreditation bodies, and provincial stakeholders

• Support placement strategies for IT graduates with job portals and recruitment agencies

• Coordinate with provincial governments, NAVTTC, HEC, and industry associations

• Organize and support national job fairs, career expos, and hackathons

• Draft high-quality briefs, talking points, and presentations for senior leadership
